The Cordelle II sound processor is the strongest of the processors. It has a body worn microphone, and uses 9v rechargeable batteries. It is used when a person has significant sensorineural hearing loss, as well as middle ear problems meaning they can’t use air conduction aids (with ear moulds). It has the advantage of having a telecoil integral within it’s microphone, enabling easy use of loop systems.
